As VP, User Experience Design Lead at JPMorgan Chase, I led strategic design initiatives within the Digital Customer Experience Strategy team. My work focused on creating cohesive, human-centered systems that connected products across Chase’s Consumer and Business Banking ecosystem. I led design efforts for areas such as authentication, dynamic personalization, and money movement experiences, while exploring the next generation of banking through emerging technologies like AI, AR/VR, and smart devices.
